Modern 100 Watt Mosfet PA for TR7

• A pair of  is very expensive and not very re

• A matched pair of  cheap Thosiba transistors is an option 2SC2879 (RF PARTS)

• Some times the  PA is not stable anymore after replacing the PA Final Transistors

• Driver Transistors are difficult to obtain in the past the 2SC1969 Mitsibushi could be used but is not Manufactured anylonger

• The output from  160 meters to 10 meters is not very flat

• With maximum output on 28 Mhz the PA will oscillating at lower amateur bands
