K2611 OPTOCOUPLER INPUT CARD FOR THE INTEFACE SYSTEM

With this kit and the K2612 motherboard you can provide your computer with eight optocoupler inputs to control the state of your machines (ON/OFF, time registration on machines,etc...), switches (level monitoring, general control of alarmsystems, etc..) and many other things. Using optocouplers offers many advantages:

- The inputs are galvanically separated from the rest of the circuit, allowing you to connect a 220V circuit to the input, without bringing mains onto your computer.

-The inputs are almost totally insensitive to electromagnetic disturbances such as lightning, the ON/OFF switching of apparatus, etc... The connection to the computer is made via a motherboard which buffers the computer signals, generates the necessary auxiliary signals and provides the power supply for the interface cards. Some program samples (in Basic) will be found in the manual.
